Answers from your catalog

Kauthar reads your sellable products — names in every installed language, sales description, price, pricelist price, stock, variants and website link — and answers with product cards that open the product page.

Chat bubble on your website

With the Website app installed, the module adds Kauthar's chat bubble to your Odoo website. It loads asynchronously, in its own frame, and you can switch it off in Settings.

Changes in minutes

When a product is created, changed or deleted, the module tells Kauthar after the transaction commits, and Kauthar re-reads only what changed. The whole catalog is checked again every day.

Security and privacy

• Read only. Kauthar never writes to your database. This version reads products only — no orders, no customers, no invoices.
• Signed requests. Kauthar reads /kauthar_ai/v1/api with an HMAC-SHA256 signature made with a secret created by your database at connection time. Requests older than 5 minutes and replayed requests are refused.
• No password shared. Connecting uses a one-time code; your database keeps a token, Kauthar keeps only its hash.
• External service. The chat window is served by Kauthar AI (kautharai.com). Messages your visitors write in it are processed by Kauthar AI to answer them. Terms: https://kautharai.com/en/terms — Privacy: https://kautharai.com/en/privacy
• Clean uninstall. Uninstalling revokes the connection on Kauthar and removes every kauthar_ai.* system parameter.
