How Kauthar Uses Generative AI
Kauthar writes replies using a cloud model from Google (Gemini) under Kauthar's own account. To generate each response, the customer's message, the recent conversation, and relevant business information are sent to Google to process on Kauthar's behalf.
If the cloud service is unavailable, a backup model running on Kauthar's own servers answers instead. Additionally, businesses on the Business plan can choose to connect their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google account.

Kauthar learns your business directly from your own materials. You can upload Excel, Markdown, or text files, connect your store or website, and set fixed answers. She is designed to answer only from your information, and if an answer is not there, she openly says so.
For hotels and travel agencies, Kauthar provides answers in Arabic, English, and French regarding rooms, packages, prices, and policies, ensuring your customers receive accurate details strictly based on what you have provided.
