Your account

Sign up with a valid phone number and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and by its users.

Free trial and subscription

You start with a free trial, then choose a plan and a billing period. Prices may be shown in your local currency for information; payment is made in Egyptian pounds by card, and the final amount may vary slightly with your bank's exchange rate.

Your content

You own your files and information and are responsible for their accuracy and your right to use them. The assistant answers from this information, so review and update it regularly.

AI limitations

Automated replies can sometimes be wrong. Do not use the assistant to give medical diagnoses or binding legal or financial advice, and review sensitive conversations yourself.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for spam, unlawful content, impersonation, or attempts to access other people's data.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, with possible short interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation

You can stop renewal at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
