Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Kauthar AI platform handles data when you use it or when your customers chat with your assistant.

Data we collect

Account details (name, phone number, email, business name), the files and information you upload to train your assistant, your customers' conversations with the assistant, booking, ticket and order details, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

The Kauthar mobile app stores your device's notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) on our servers only to deliver notifications to that device; it is deleted when you sign out or delete your account. The optional fingerprint / face lock is handled entirely by your phone — nothing biometric is read or sent to us.

How we use it

To run the service: answering your customers from your information, booking appointments, sending notifications and reminders, billing, support and keeping the platform secure. We never sell your data or use your business data for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on our servers, and the AI runs on those same servers. Your customers' conversations are not sent to an outside AI provider unless you choose to connect your own account with one.

Service providers

We use providers for specific tasks only: a payment gateway to process subscription payments, and an SMS service to send verification codes when enabled. Each receives the minimum data needed. To show prices in your currency we look up your country from your IP address in a database stored on our own servers (DB-IP), without sending your address to anyone.

Data isolation and permissions

Each business sees only its own data, each user has permissions set by the account owner, and every change is recorded in the activity log.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as you subscribe. You can delete files and conversations from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account and its data.

How to delete your account

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: your sign-in session, your chosen language and your chosen country for prices. We do not use advertising trackers.
