What Kauthar is
Kauthar is an online service for businesses that get the same questions every day. A business teaches Kauthar its information — price lists, FAQs, policies, its store or website — and she answers its customers from that information on a chat link, a QR code, a website chat window and a booking page. She books appointments, takes orders, opens tickets for complaints, and hands the conversation to the team whenever a person is needed.
“Kauthar” (كوثر) is also the name of the assistant herself — the one your customers chat with.
Our mission
To give every business — from a one-person salon to a busy clinic — a capable customer-service assistant that speaks its customers' language, without a developer, while the business stays in control of what she says.
Languages and markets
Kauthar works in Arabic, English and French: the website, the dashboard and the replies to customers. For Arabic, each business chooses the style — simple Modern Standard Arabic, or a Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine or Maghrebi tone.
