FAQ
Do I need to move my website?
No. Only the mail records of your domain (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) point to Kauthar; your website stays where it is.
Can I keep my existing Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. The unified inbox connects Gmail, Microsoft 365 and any IMAP mailbox, so you can keep them and still answer everything in one place.
Does Kauthar reply to emails by itself?
By default Kauthar prepares a draft when the answer is in your knowledge and your team sends it. You can switch on automatic replies for simple questions; automated and mailing-list messages are never answered.
What is a unified inbox account?
Each external mailbox you connect (a Gmail account, an Outlook account, an existing business mailbox) counts as one connected inbox. Mailboxes hosted by Kauthar are included.
Can I add more mailboxes later?
Yes. Extra mailboxes are added from your subscription page at any time and billed until the end of your current term.
