Delete your Kauthar AI account
You can delete your account at any time, from the Kauthar app or the website. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
Business owner: delete the business and all of its data
- Sign in to the Kauthar app or the website with the owner's phone number.
- Open Settings and scroll to the “Danger zone”.
- Choose “Delete the business account”, read what will be deleted, then type the business name and your password.
- The account closes immediately. You have 14 days to cancel by signing in again; after that everything is deleted permanently.
Team member: delete only your own account
- Open “My account” (top menu, or Settings → My account).
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm with your password. Your name, phone number and email are erased at once; the business keeps its own data.
What is deleted
Your knowledge files and answers, every conversation and message, your customers' details (names and phone numbers in chats, bookings, tickets and orders), bookings, tickets, team accounts, uploaded files (logo, pictures, attachments), store and website connections, settings, notifications and the activity log, and the notification token of every phone that used the app.
What we keep
Payment records (amount, date, payment reference) that accounting rules require us to keep — detached from your account and without your name, phone number or IP address — and one technical line noting that an account number was deleted on a date, with no personal data.
Paid subscriptions are not refunded, including any remaining period.
Can't sign in? Send us a request
Tell us the phone number of the account and the business name. We verify that the request comes from the owner (we may call or message that number) and then delete the account.
