Every service has an introduction page inside your account: what it offers, the length and limits of its free trial, its plans and prices, and the “Start free trial” and “Subscribe” buttons.
The service switcher: moving between your services
At the top of the sidebar a switcher lists your active services; choose one and the menu shows only that service's pages, and the phone's bottom bar changes with it.
AI customer support expiry alert
A countdown bar shown to the owner and admins before the «AI customer support» subscription or free trial ends; after it ends, only this service's pages stop.

Frequently asked questions
Does my whole account stop if one service expires?
No. Only that service's pages stop, the owner and admins see a renewal bar, everything else keeps working and your data stays stored.
Which payment methods are available?
Bank cards and e-wallets as offered by the payment gateway in your country, and through the Shopify invoice for stores connected to the Kauthar app there.
When do reminders arrive?
A set number of days before expiry, the day before, on the day, and on the last day of the grace period, once each, in Kauthar, by email and on WhatsApp to a verified number.
Is the receipt valid for accounting?
The receipt is issued electronically by the Kauthar platform with a receipt number, business details, line items, payment method and transaction number, and states the amount actually charged.
Can I pay from the mobile app?
Subscription management and payment are done in the browser on any device. The mobile app is for the daily work.
What if I paid and the subscription did not activate?
The payment shows as Pending until the gateway confirms it, and the subscription activates automatically on confirmation. If anything is stuck, support takes over from the chat.
