Your answer, as you wrote it, in under a second

Some questions leave no room for interpretation: the price, returns, payment methods, opening hours. Write the answer once, and Kauthar recognizes every question with the same meaning and sends your text word for word, without rephrasing.

The problem and the solution

The problem

Repeated questions eat your time, and the answer differs from one employee to the next

Each employee writes the returns policy their own way, one of them quotes an old price, and a question asked a hundred times this week still gets a late reply.

The solution with Kauthar

One approved answer for every important question

A fixed answer is sent exactly as you wrote it, takes priority over knowledge files, and arrives instantly. The usage counter shows which questions matter most to your customers, and you can import a hundred answers at once from Excel.

What you gain

What your business gets

  • Word for word, no rephrasing

What you write is what arrives: no AI rewording your returns policy or rounding a price. Matching is by meaning, so a question phrased differently gets the same answer.

  • Instant, and not counted against your allowance

Arrives in under a second, isn't counted against your monthly AI reply allowance, and keeps working even when the allowance runs out.

  • Import and export from Excel

A two-column Excel file (question and answer) imports all your answers at once, and an existing question gets its answer updated instead of duplicated. The Excel button exports them in the same format.

  • Know the top questions by the numbers

Each answer shows how many times it was used; sort the list by “Most used” to see what really occupies your customers, with search and print.

Three steps

How it works

  1. 01

Open “Fixed answers” and click “Add answer”, or import a ready Excel file.

  2. 02

Write the question the way your customers ask it, and the answer in the exact text you want to arrive.

  3. 03

Save; Kauthar starts using it immediately, and add any new question from “Unanswered questions” in one click.

Real examples

How your business uses it

  • Restaurant

“Do you deliver?”, “What's the minimum order?”, “How late are you open?” — three fixed answers cover most of the day's messages and arrive instantly even at peak order time.

  • Clinic

The cancellation policy, payment methods and accepted insurers are written once in the wording the doctor approves, so nobody improvises a reply.

  • Store

Export the answers to Excel before the sale season, edit shipping and returns in the file, then import them in one go; and watch the usage counter to see what customers ask about most.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if a fixed answer conflicts with what's in a file?

The fixed answer is the one sent. So update the file too, so no conflict is left in other replies built on it.

Does Kauthar understand the question if it's phrased differently?

Yes, matching is by meaning, not by the letter. Still, a very differently worded question may be answered from the files instead; test it and add other phrasings of the same question with the same answer.

How do I import my answers from Excel?

An .xlsx file: first column the question, second column the answer, headings in the first row. It's imported once, existing questions are updated instead of duplicated, and a message shows how many were new, updated and skipped.

Can I restore an answer I deleted?

Yes, from the trash.

How is this different from reply-path buttons?

A fixed answer is sent when the customer types a similar question; reply paths are buttons the customer taps without typing, with types (menu, fixed reply, handoff to a person, booking…). Both are instant.
