The problem
Unanswered questions pass through conversations unnoticed, the same question comes back every week, and an employee answers it by hand each time without the assistant learning anything.
The solution with Kauthar
Similar questions are grouped into one with its count, the last time it was asked and a link to the conversation. “Add answer” turns it into a fixed answer right away, “Dismiss” removes what doesn't concern your business, and your employee's reply appears ready to approve.
What you gain
A repeated question appears once with its count, the pending number for the last 7 days shows in the sidebar, with a period filter, Excel export and print.
“Add answer” opens a window with the question ready for you to adjust the wording and write the answer; it's saved as a fixed answer and any customer asking something similar gets it from that moment.
When an employee answers a question Kauthar didn't know, their reply appears under the question with their name and time, and “Approve as answer” fills the window with their text for you to review, remove any private details and save. No reply is published automatically.
A few minutes a week here raise the share of questions Kauthar answers clearly, and the result shows in the conversation reports and the “Needs a person” rate.
Three steps
Open “Unanswered questions” and choose the period: last 7 days, 30 days or all time.
Click “Add answer” next to the question, or “Approve as answer” if your employee already replied to it.
Review the wording and save; Kauthar uses it from now on, and bring back any dismissed question with “Restore”.
