Channels & conversations

Every word your customer said, on one screen

The list on one side and the open conversation on the other: the customer's messages, Kauthar's replies with the source of each, and the customer's details and next appointment. The conversation refreshes every 3 seconds, and you know at once who needs a person.

The problem and the solution

The problem

Conversations spread across five apps and three phones

WhatsApp on one phone, Instagram on another, the website widget in the browser; nobody knows who's waiting for a reply, and you can't review what was said to a customer who's complaining.

The solution with Kauthar

One screen for every channel, with filters that lead you to what matters

“All · Needs a person · Open · Closed · Has unanswered questions”, search in messages, names and numbers, and filters by channel, date and the WhatsApp number that received the conversation. From “More”: print, close and reopen.

What you gain

What your business gets

  • Who needs a person, first

The “Needs a person” filter and the count in the sidebar, an alert for every question Kauthar couldn't answer, and the customer's thumbs up or down on every reply.

  • The source of every answer and the customer's details

For every reply, the file Kauthar relied on; for every customer, their phone, the page they were browsing, their language, their rating, their conversations on other channels and their next appointment.

  • From a conversation to a ticket

A complaint that needs days of follow-up? “Turn into a ticket” copies the full conversation as the first message and links the two, so the customer follows up from the ticket portal.

  • Print and export

“Print conversation” gives an A4 page with every message and its time, and “Export to Excel” exports the conversations shown by the current filter with channel, status and rating.

Three steps

How it works

  1. 01

Open “Conversations”; the number next to it in the sidebar is the number of conversations that need a person.

  2. 02

Choose a conversation to see the full messages, the customer's details and the sources of the answers.

  3. 03

Take over the conversation, turn it into a ticket or close it, and filter by channel and number when needed.

Real examples

How your business uses it

  • Store

The manager starts the day with the “Needs a person” filter, reviews the replies customers didn't like to add fixed answers, and exports the week's conversations to Excel.

  • Clinic

A WhatsApp conversation and a website conversation from the same patient appear in one customer profile with their next appointment, and the conversation is printed when documentation is needed.

  • Real-estate agency

A filter by the “Sales” WhatsApp number shows the team's conversations alone, and every conversation carries the page the customer was browsing on the site.
