“Where is my shipment?” answered by the carrier itself
The most repeated question in any store. The customer proves the order is theirs (order number and the registered phone), Kauthar takes the tracking number from their order in your store and asks the carrier directly, and replies in their language: the status, last update, location and tracking link.
Your Kauthar account is free — no time limit, no credit card. Then turn on the services you need.

The problem and the solution
The problem
Your employee opens the carrier's dashboard twenty times a day
“Where is it?”, “It still hasn't arrived” — every reply means opening the store, then the carrier's site, then copying the status, and still the customer is given an arrival date nobody actually has.
The solution with Kauthar
Connect once, and get the real status every time
A “Shipping carriers” screen with a card per carrier (status, last 4 characters of the key, default, instant-update link), “Track a shipment” for any number, a rule for how Kauthar finds the tracking number, and the latest shipments with Excel. You can also add the tracking number by hand on the order page.
What you gain
What your business gets
The region's main carriers
Bosta, Aramex, SMSA Express, J&T Express (Egypt and Saudi Arabia), DHL, Mylerz, Naqel, Saudi Post SPL and iMile, plus AfterShip and 17TRACK for any other carrier with your key.
Only after the customer is verified
Order details are only given after proof of ownership (the order number with the registered phone or email, or the same WhatsApp number). Someone who types only a tracking number gets the general status with no order details.
No guessing the arrival date
Kauthar mentions an arrival date only if the carrier itself sent one; otherwise she gives just the status, the last update and its location.
Your keys are encrypted
Carrier keys are stored encrypted and only their last 4 characters are shown; nobody sees them in full.
Three steps
How it works
01
From “Connect your store” → “Shipping carriers”, add your carrier's key and make it the default.
02
Make sure the tracking number is saved in your store's orders (or add it by hand on the order page).
03
Try “Track a shipment” with any number, then ask Kauthar “Where is my shipment?” the way your customer would.
A customer types their order number and phone and gets “Out for delivery — last update today at 10:30 AM” with the tracking link, without an employee opening any dashboard.
Wholesale
Shipments with two different carriers; every order has its carrier and number, and Kauthar asks the right carrier automatically.
Restaurant with outsourced delivery
Delivery through a company linked to 17TRACK; the customer asks about their order and gets the shipment status from the source, not an employee's estimate.
