Know what worked, and retry what failed

The “Performance” tab shows every post's numbers on every platform, with a “Refresh numbers” button. After every publish you see “Published” with a link next to each platform, or the failure reason in plain words — and Kauthar retries only on the platforms that failed.

The problem and the solution

The problem

You don't know which post brought customers, or why the other one wasn't published

Numbers spread across five apps, a post that never appeared on Instagram with nobody knowing why, and republishing by hand duplicates the post on Facebook.

The solution with Kauthar

Numbers in one table, and a result per platform

Facebook (engagement, comments, shares), Instagram (likes, comments, reach), YouTube (views, likes, comments), LinkedIn for company pages. A “—” with a reason when a number isn't available. And the publishing result: the post link or the failure reason, and “Attempt n of 4”.

What you gain

What your business gets

  • A number per platform

A line per platform under every post, Kauthar fetches the numbers every few hours, and “Refresh numbers” shows the latest, with Excel and A4 printing.

  • A clear reason for every failure

Such as “The Page didn't grant Kauthar publishing permission — reconnect and approve the publishing permissions”, not a technical error code.

  • Retries without duplicates

On a temporary error the post goes back to “Scheduled” and is retried automatically up to 4 times, and Kauthar skips the platforms where it was already published.

  • Honest numbers

Numbers appear as each platform makes them available under the permissions granted to Kauthar, and hovering over the indicator explains why any number is unavailable.

Three steps

How it works

  1. 01

Open the Post studio → the “Performance” tab.

  2. 02

Click “Refresh numbers” next to the post, and export the table to Excel when needed.

  3. 03

On the page of any failed post, read the reason next to the platform, fix it, then retry.

How your business uses it

  • Store

Comparing the reach of offer posts with introduction posts on Instagram sets the goal mix for next month's plan.

  • Restaurant

The video was published on TikTok and failed on Instagram for a missing permission; reconnecting and retrying publishes it on Instagram only, without duplicates.

  • Salon

YouTube views of the “before and after” video exported to A4 for the monthly report.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why do the numbers differ from my Facebook Page?

Because Kauthar fetches them every few hours. Click “Refresh numbers” to see the latest.

Why don't story or TikTok numbers appear?

Stories disappear after 24 hours and Meta doesn't make their numbers available to apps, TikTok numbers don't appear because the Kauthar app doesn't request permission to read them, and LinkedIn doesn't provide numbers for personal profiles.

Are posts duplicated when retrying?

No. Kauthar skips every platform where the post was published successfully, and retries only on the platforms that failed.

Is every error retried?

A temporary error is retried automatically up to 4 times; permanent errors (such as missing permissions) need a fix and then a manual retry.

Do I get a notification when publishing finishes?

Yes, you can leave the page while publishing and you'll get a notification when it's done.
