Booking rules the way you want them, not the system's way
A 45-minute service followed by 10 minutes of preparation, a doctor who works mornings only, the holiday break, and booking up to 30 days ahead. All of it in four tabs, and the rules apply instantly to the booking page and the chat.

The problem and the solution
The problem
A booking system that doesn't understand that each service has its length and each employee their hours
Slots every quarter hour for a service that takes an hour, a doctor booked on their day off, a customer who cancels minutes before the appointment, and another who books an hour ahead with no time to prepare.
The solution with Kauthar
Four tabs that control every detail
“Services”: length, price, buffer time and colour. “Providers”: title, services and working hours in two shifts, copied to every day. “Time off”: for the whole business or one provider, a day, several days or hours. “Booking settings”: slot interval, minimum notice, maximum advance booking, cancellation deadline and reminder.
What you gain
What your business gets
Services with a length and a buffer
A length from 5 to 600 minutes, a buffer after the appointment the customer doesn't see, a price for display only, a colour in the calendar, and an “Available for booking” switch.
Working hours per provider
For each day, working or off, in two shifts (for example before and after the break), copy Saturday's hours to every day, or follow the business hours. New-booking notifications reach the employee's linked account.
Time off and closed periods
An official holiday for the whole business or one provider, a full day, several days or specific hours, with a reason for the team the customer doesn't see; no slots appear during it.
Rules that protect you from surprises
Minimum notice before the appointment, maximum advance booking, the customer's deadline to cancel or change, automatic or manual confirmation, and whether email is mandatory.
Three steps
How it works
01
In “Services”, add every service with its length, its buffer and its providers.
02
In “Providers”, set each one's working hours, and in “Time off” the closed days.
03
In “Booking settings”, set the slot interval, the cancellation deadline and the reminder, then save.

How your business uses it
Clinic
A 20-minute consultation and a 10-minute follow-up, the doctor works two shifts, Friday is off, minimum notice is two hours, and cancellation up to 4 hours before the appointment.
Salon
Colouring takes 90 minutes plus a 15-minute buffer, each stylist has her own hours, and one stylist's day off on Wednesday doesn't affect the others.
Service company
Providers named “Maintenance team A” and “Maintenance team B” instead of people, booking up to 60 days ahead, and a slot every 30 minutes.
Add a provider named “Room” or “Branch”; what matters is that two appointments can't be booked for the same place at the same time.
Why doesn't my service appear on the booking page?
Make sure “Available for booking” is on and that you've assigned it at least one provider who is available for booking; a service without a provider shows a warning mark.
I added time off and a customer had already booked in that period — what happens?
The booking stays as it is and you see a message with the number of existing bookings in that period; open them from “Bookings” and reschedule or cancel them and inform the customer.
The customer says they can't cancel — why?
Most likely the allowed cancellation deadline has passed (for example less than two hours before the appointment), so they see a message asking them to contact you directly, and the team can cancel from “Bookings”.
What are the default values?
Slots every 15 minutes, at least an hour's notice, booking up to 30 days ahead, automatic confirmation, cancellation up to two hours before the appointment, and a reminder one day before.
