No appointment forgotten, no customer calling to change one
Every new booking notifies the provider, and before the appointment your team gets an alert and the customer a reminder email. From a private link the customer changes or cancels their appointment themselves within the deadline you set — and you're told what they did.

The problem and the solution
The problem
One customer forgot their appointment, another called three times to change it
A high no-show rate because nobody reminded the customer, appointment-change calls interrupting reception, and a freed slot nobody knew about so another customer could book it.
The solution with Kauthar
Automatic reminders and a link where the customer manages their booking
Choose the “Customer reminder” from one hour to two days before the appointment; an internal alert is sent, and an email to the customer if they gave their email and support email is connected. The manage link shows the booking with “Change appointment” and “Cancel booking” buttons, and stays valid after a change.
What you gain
What your business gets
A notification for every booking
“New booking #…” to the provider if linked to an account, otherwise to the team, an “Upcoming appointment” alert at the chosen time before it, and every reminder recorded in the booking log.
Emails in your business's identity
Booking confirmation or request received, cancellation, and “Your appointment has been changed”, all by email in your business's name and colour, in the customer's language, with a “Manage booking” button.
The customer changes and cancels by themselves
From the private link they pick a new day and time with the same provider, or cancel with an optional reason, within the deadline you set, and the slot is freed for another customer.
You know what the customer did
A “The customer changed their appointment” or “The customer cancelled the booking” alert reaches you instantly, and the new appointment shows in the schedule.
Three steps
How it works
01
In “Booking settings”, choose the “Customer reminder” timing and the “deadline to cancel or change”.
02
Connect “Support email” so confirmation, reminder and change emails reach the customer's inbox.
03
Send the manage link to the customer from the appointment details or “Confirm on WhatsApp”, and follow the change alerts.

How your business uses it
Clinic
A reminder one day before cuts no-shows, and a patient who can't make it changes their appointment from the link, freeing the slot for another patient.
Salon
A WhatsApp confirmation with a ready message containing the appointment details and change link, and a notification to the stylist's phone for every new booking.
Training centre
A confirmation email in the student's language with an add-to-calendar button, and an alert to the trainer when any booking is cancelled so they can reassign the seat.
Not yet. For now it arrives by email (when support email is connected), and you can send a manual confirmation on WhatsApp from the appointment details.
What's needed for emails to reach the customer?
The customer must enter their email when booking, and “Support email” must be connected (available on the Pro and Business plans). Without that, no emails are sent.
Can the customer change the provider from the link?
No, from the link they change the day and time with the same provider; only staff can change the provider from “Reschedule”.
How many reminders are sent per appointment?
One reminder per appointment, at the time you choose, and you can turn it off by choosing “No reminder”.
What happens when the cancellation deadline has passed?
The customer sees a message asking them to contact the business, and the team can cancel or reschedule from “Bookings”.
