No interested customer lost, no details asked for twice
The customer writes on WhatsApp today and from the website tomorrow; Kauthar recognizes them by their number and gathers everything in one profile: their conversations from every channel, their bookings, tickets, orders, and your notes about them.
Your Kauthar account is free — no time limit, no credit card. Then turn on the services you need.

The problem and the solution
The problem
Customer details scattered across phones and notebooks
A number on WhatsApp, a name on Instagram, an appointment in the notebook, and nobody knows the three are one person. And the customer who left their number in the evening gets no call in the morning.
The solution with Kauthar
A profile created automatically that recognizes the customer by their number
A “Customers” screen with indicators (all customers, with a number, with an upcoming appointment, new this week) and a table with channels, last seen and next appointment. And the customer profile: details, tags and notes, channels and identities, and all their conversations, bookings, tickets and orders.
What you gain
What your business gets
Created from the first message
On the first message on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, when a name and number are left in the chat, or when an appointment is booked; a new channel is added to the same profile if the number already exists.
Call and WhatsApp in one tap
Numbers are stored in a unified international format with a “Verified number” mark, and “WhatsApp” and “Call” buttons sit in the profile and in the customer card inside the conversation.
The whole history in one place
Conversations from every channel, bookings, tickets and orders, with links that open each item, first and last seen, and merging of duplicate profiles.
Tags, notes and Excel
Tags such as VIP, notes for your team, occupation or business, and export of the list with the current filters to Excel or print.
Three steps
How it works
01
Turn on “Ask for customer details before the chat starts” so every conversation has a known owner.
02
Open “Customers” and review who left their number or has an upcoming appointment, and add tags and notes.
03
From the customer profile, contact them with the WhatsApp or call button, and merge any duplicate profiles.

Real examples
How your business uses it
Real-estate agency
A customer asked about an apartment from Instagram and then from the website; one profile with all their conversations, an “Interested in installments” tag and a note from the agent before the call.
Clinic
A patient booked from the booking page and wrote on WhatsApp about preparation; the doctor opens their profile and sees their next appointment, their conversation and their previous ticket.
Store
Export this week's new customers to Excel for a WhatsApp campaign, filtering those with a verified number.
On their first message on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, when they leave their name and number in the chat, or when they book an appointment. If their number already exists, the new channel is added to their profile.
Can I edit a customer's phone number?
No, the number is the profile's key. If the customer contacts you from another number a new profile is created, and you can merge it into their original profile from “Merge with another profile”.
Why does a customer show an “unverified” channel?
Because they typed in the chat a phone number that exists in one of your profiles, so Kauthar linked it to that profile; review the conversation and click “Confirm it's the same customer” if it is.
Do I get an alert when a customer leaves their number?
Yes, when details are left in the “Leave your details” card. Registration before the chat starts appears in the list without an instant alert.
Is this a sales-pipeline tool?
It's a customer follow-up list with a profile per customer, and doesn't include sales stages or follow-up reminders. Following up on customers interested in buying is a separate feature that works automatically.
