The hesitant customer is never forgotten, and never pestered
They asked about the product, said “I'll think about it” and went quiet. An hour after their last message Kauthar sends “Decided?” with buttons: Bought it, Still thinking, Need help, Not interested — and repeats after a day, 3 days and 7 days, stopping immediately on purchase or refusal.
Your Kauthar account is free — no time limit, no credit card. Then turn on the services you need.

The problem and the solution
The problem
A third of interested customers vanish after asking the price
No time to follow up with everyone who asked and didn't buy, and whoever follows up by hand either forgets or overdoes the messages and annoys the customer, and nobody asks the customer's opinion after they buy.
The solution with Kauthar
Follow-up with clear rules, and smart stopping
The “Purchase follow-up” screen shows every conversation on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or the website where interest appeared with no order or booking. Follow-up stops if the customer buys, says “Not interested”, asks for help (handed to your team) or an agent takes over the conversation, with a maximum of 4 messages (up to 6).
What you gain
What your business gets
Timing that's calculated, not random
An hour after the customer's last message, then after a day, 3 days and 7 days, from your own WhatsApp number — never from Kauthar's numbers.
Buttons instead of open questions
“Bought it” stops the follow-up and starts the opinion question, “Need help” hands the conversation to your team, and “Not interested” stops everything immediately.
The customer's opinion after buying
A rating out of 5; a high one gets an invitation to review you on Google, and a low one sends you an urgent alert so you can put things right.
Clear numbers and tabs
Follow-ups started, messages and replies, bought, average rating; and tabs for ongoing, bought, not interested, ended and ratings, with filters, print and Excel.
Three steps
How it works
01
Connect your channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram) from “Channels”.
02
Open “Purchase follow-up”, review the maximum number of messages, and make sure a WhatsApp template is approved for follow-ups after 24 hours.
03
Follow the tabs and ratings, and step into the conversations that asked for help.
A customer asked about a pair of shoes and didn't order; a day later Kauthar asks “Decided?”, they tap “Bought it”, she asks their opinion and they get an invitation to review the store on Google.
Real-estate agency
Someone interested in an apartment taps “Need help” and the conversation goes to the sales agent with an instant alert before their interest cools.
Service company
A low rating after purchase reaches the manager as an urgent alert, so they call the customer the same day instead of reading the opinion online.
Will Kauthar annoy my customers with too many messages?
No. The maximum is 4 messages by default (and up to 6), and it stops as soon as they buy, say “Not interested” or ask to stop the messages.
Which number are follow-up messages sent from?
From your own WhatsApp number (and from your Page or bot on the other channels), and never from Kauthar's numbers.
What about WhatsApp's 24-hour rule?
After 24 hours from the customer's last message, WhatsApp requires a Meta-approved template on your number; if none is approved yet the step is recorded as “Failed” and isn't sent. Meta may charge you for template messages at its rates.
Does it work on Messenger and Instagram?
Yes, only within the 24-hour window according to Meta's policy, and on Telegram and the website chat without that limit.
What happens when the customer asks for help?
The follow-up stops and the conversation goes to your team with an alert, an agent takes it over and continues with the customer.
