Your restaurant answers and takes orders straight from Foodics
After connecting, Kauthar reads items with their price per branch, modifiers, sizes and calories, each item's availability per branch, and the branches with addresses, hours and delivery zones. "What do you have?" and "where is the nearest branch?" are answered from your real data, and a confirmed order goes into Foodics like any other.
Your Kauthar account is free — no time limit, no credit card. Then turn on the services you need.

The problem and the solution
The problem
A menu in Foodics, manual replies on WhatsApp
Prices and items are up to date in the POS, but the person replying quotes them from memory: a sold-out item, a changed price, a closed branch, and an order written on paper then typed into the system a second time.
The solution with Kauthar
One source of truth: your restaurant's own system
Pick Foodics under Connect your store and approve the connection. From then on the assistant answers from the real menu, drops what the chosen branch does not have, and asks for an open branch when one is closed. With order intake enabled it collects the order in the chat, confirms it with the customer, sends it to Foodics and reports its status back.
What you gain
What your business gets
The menu exactly as in Foodics
Items and prices (including a different price per branch), modifiers and sizes with their prices, calories, and each item's availability per branch. No file to upload, no stale menu.
Branches, hours and delivery zones
"Nearest branch?", "do you deliver to my area?" and "your hours?" are answered from the branch data in Foodics, and the customer is routed to an open branch that serves their area.
The order goes to Foodics by itself
Delivery or pickup: Kauthar collects items, modifiers and the address, confirms the total with the customer, and sends the order to Foodics only after they confirm.
The customer knows the order status
Kauthar tells the customer where their order stands in the same chat, on your site or on WhatsApp, without them asking and without anyone calling.
Three steps
How it works
01
Under Connect your store choose Foodics and approve the connection with your restaurant account.
02
Review what Kauthar learned: items, branches and hours, and try questions in the playground.
03
Turn on Receive orders in Foodics when ready, then share the chat link or put the QR code on the tables.
Connect your restaurant's Foodics account and Kauthar answers your customers from your real menu, branches and opening hours, takes their orders in the chat and sends them straight to Foodics, then keeps them updated on the order status.
Real examples
How your business uses it
Multi-branch restaurant
A customer asks for an item at a branch that does not serve it; Kauthar says so and suggests the nearest branch that does, at that branch's prices.
Café
Morning orders arrive from WhatsApp with the right modifiers and sizes straight onto the Foodics screen, so the barista never retypes them.
Delivery kitchen
The assistant answers menu and delivery questions all night and takes orders; in the morning the kitchen finds them lined up in the system.
What happens when an item is unavailable at the branch?
Kauthar removes it from the order and tells the customer; if the branch is closed it asks them to choose another open branch.
How does the customer pay?
Cash on delivery or at the branch. Delivery fees and tax are confirmed by the restaurant in the final total.
Does Kauthar send the order before the customer confirms?
No. The order goes to Foodics after the customer confirms the items, the address and the total in the chat.
Can I connect without taking orders?
Yes. The connection alone is enough to answer from the menu and branches; order intake is a separate switch you turn on when you want.
How is the integration enabled on the Foodics side?
The restaurant asks its Foodics account manager to enable the Kauthar integration, then connects from Kauthar with its own access token. The steps are shown on the connection screen.
What about combos and promotions?
They are read as Foodics exposes them through its interface; what the interface does not support is shown to the customer as a suggestion to call or visit, and the connection screen says so.
