Boîtes sur votre domaine, enregistrements DNS, connexion Gmail / Microsoft / IMAP et boîte partagée.
- Business email: mailboxes on your domain and a unified inboxA service of its own: mailboxes on your domain hosted by Kauthar (“Email on your domain”), and a unified inbox (“Mail”) where your team answers your business mail, Gmail and Outlook in one place, with smart reply drafts.
- Connecting a mailbox: Gmail, Microsoft and IMAPConnect your existing email to Kauthar so your team answers it from one inbox: one click with Google or Microsoft, Gmail with an app password, your business mail on Kauthar, or any IMAP/SMTP server.
- Connecting Apple iCloud Mail (app-specific password)Connect iCloud Mail (icloud.com, me.com and mac.com) to the Kauthar inbox: an app-specific password from your Apple Account, servers set for you.
- Email on your domain: the domain and mailboxesAdd your business domain, copy the ready-made DNS records and click “Verify”, then create mailboxes such as info@ and sales@ in your business name to use on your phone, in Outlook, in the browser or in Kauthar's “Mail”.
- Support emailConnect your support mailbox: every incoming message becomes a ticket, and your reply reaches the customer from the same address.
- Mail: one shared inbox for your teamConnect your business mailbox, Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account and handle every email with your team in one Gmail-style place: folders, labels, assignment to a colleague, internal notes and turning a conversation into a ticket.
- Select several emails and act on themSelect one or more conversations (or all of them) in «Mail», then mark them read or unread, archive, delete, move to spam, star or label them — in one click.
- Mail labels and their automatic rulesCreate coloured labels (such as «Key clients» or «Suppliers») to group each set of conversations, and add a rule so Kauthar puts the label on every new email that matches.
- Mail drafts: autosave and continue on any deviceWhatever you type in a new message or a reply is saved as a draft every few seconds, and appears in «Drafts» on all your devices and in the mailbox's own Drafts — finish it later or discard it.
- Answering mail with Kauthar's suggestion and assigning threadsInside a thread: “Suggest a reply” writes a reply from your business information, alongside “Summarize thread” and “Classify”, plus assigning the thread to a colleague, an internal note and turning it into a support ticket.
- Daily mail digestEvery day at the time you choose (09:00 by default) Kauthar reads your business e-mail and sends you a digest: what arrived, what the team or Kauthar answered, what is still waiting for you and since when, with one line per important message and the next step.
