AI customer support expiry alert
A countdown bar shown to the owner and admins before the «AI customer support» subscription or free trial ends; after it ends, only this service's pages stop.
Vue d’ensemble#
When the AI customer support subscription or its free trial is about to end (currently within 7 days), a yellow bar appears at the top of the pages: Your AI customer support free trial ends in or Your subscription ends in, with a countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds, the plan name, Ends on … and a Renew subscription button (Subscribe now during the trial). The bar is shown to the business owner and admins only. After the end, the bar turns red — Your AI customer support subscription has ended (or Your AI customer support free trial has ended) — and only this service's pages (conversations, knowledge base, tickets, bookings…) stop until you renew, while your account and other services keep working as usual. Your customer pages continue for a short grace period, shown in the bar with a countdown: "Your customer pages (chat, booking and tickets) will pause in …".

Pas à pas#
- When the yellow bar appears, watch the countdown and the Ends on date.
- Press Renew subscription (or Subscribe now) to go to the Subscription page.
- Choose the plan and the period and press Pay now; the bar disappears as soon as the new subscription is active.

Why don't support staff see the alert bar?
Because renewing is up to the business owner or an admin, so the bar is shown to them only.
My AI customer support subscription ended. Do business email or social media stop too?
No. Each service has its own period; only the AI customer support pages stop until you renew.
