Test the assistant before your customers doAsk the AI assistant the way your customers would, and check its replies and their sources before you publish the link.
An assistant that answers only from your business informationKauthar answers your customers around the clock using only your files, your store and your fixed answers. When the information isn't there, she apologises clearly and passes the question to you instead of guessing.
Budget questions: «under…» and «up to…»When a customer names a price («Do you have a watch under 700?», «أقل من 500», «entre 200 et 300»), the assistant shows only the products inside that limit; if nothing fits, it says so honestly and suggests the closest options, clearly marked as outside the budget.
Products without a listed price: «Price on request»A product with no price in your store (including WooCommerce products priced «0») never gets a price from the assistant; its card says «Price on request» and the customer is invited to contact you for the price.
Knowledge base from Excel, Markdown and textUpload your price list or FAQ file and Kauthar learns from it within minutes — no coding needed.
What the assistant learned from each fileOpen any file and see every piece of information the assistant understood from it, chunk by chunk — and correct it before your customers notice.
Test the knowledge baseType a question the way your customer would and see instantly which information the assistant will rely on to answer.
Ready-made sample filesDownload an Excel template for FAQs or for products and prices, fill it with your details, then upload it.
Reply paths with buttonsReady-made buttons in the chat, such as «Prices» and «Shipping», that take your customer to their answer in one tap with an instant reply.
A specialised assistant for each buttonThe «Shipping» button answers only from your shipping file and the «Products» button from your price list, so answers are more accurate and faster.
Fixed answersWrite the answers to important questions yourself, and the assistant sends them word for word, instantly, to any similar question.
Import answers from ExcelAlready have a questions-and-answers file? Import it in one go instead of adding answers one by one.
Order calculatorWhen a customer asks «What's my order total?», the assistant works it out in figures from the prices in your own files — quantity × price + delivery — instead of guessing.
Unanswered questionsEvery question the assistant couldn't answer is collected here; answer it once and the assistant knows it from then on.
Business profileThe built-in AI sums up your knowledge base in one business profile that updates itself, so the assistant answers general questions like «What do you offer?» with an engaging overview, your product photos and your links.
Kauthar team: specialised roles behind one assistantInstead of a single assistant, run a team behind Kauthar — reception, support, sales, marketing and social media (plus custom roles). The customer talks to one Kauthar in the same chat, and the right role answers.
Learning from your team's repliesWhen a team member answers a question the assistant couldn't, their reply appears in «Unanswered questions» so you can approve it as a fixed answer in one click after reviewing it.
Mr. Analyst — learns your business from your pagesKauthar's helper that reads your connected pages for the last 30 days and adds to your knowledge base what concerns your products, your services and your own replies to customers — each fact with its source and a remove button.
Waiting for your approval — confirming what Mr. Analyst learnedAny price, phone number, address, date or discount Mr. Analyst finds is not used by Kauthar before you approve it, nor is anything that differs from your current files.
Reply-path icon libraryPick a professional icon for every reply-path button from a library of 47 icons grouped by type of business.
Customer registration before the chat, and timed sessionsThe customer enters their name, phone number and profession or business before the first message, and every return after a pause starts a new conversation registered in their name — so you always know who is talking to your assistant.
Assistant identity and messagesChoose your assistant's name, picture and welcome message, tell her about your business, and check the result in a live preview before you save.
Reply tone and languagePick a friendly, formal or brief tone, and the reply language: the customer's own language automatically (Arabic, English or French) or one fixed language.
Suggested questions for your customersUp to 6 ready-made questions that appear when a customer opens the chat, so they can tap instead of typing.
Handoff to staff and collecting customer detailsWhen the assistant has no answer or the customer asks for a person: a WhatsApp button to your number, a form where the customer leaves a name and number, and optional registration before the chat starts.
Who writes the assistant's replies: the built-in engine or your own accountChoose who writes your assistant's replies: Kauthar's cloud engine (Google Gemini), included in your plan, or your own OpenAI or other provider account (Business plan), with an instant test before you save.
Style of Arabic repliesChoose how Kauthar writes Arabic to your customers: in the customer's own dialect automatically (the default), in Simplified Standard Arabic, or in a polite Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine or Maghrebi dialect.
