WhatsApp Business et OTP
Codes de vérification par API, campagnes marketing, modèles et contacts.
- Activate WhatsApp Business (OTP and marketing)WhatsApp Business is a separate product inside Kauthar: OTP verification codes on WhatsApp, paid per message with no subscription, and marketing campaigns with their own monthly plan. It turns on with a single click.
- WhatsApp Business homeOne dashboard for the product: wallet balance, subscription, numbers and contacts, OTP and campaign figures, a 14-day message chart and quick actions.
- OTP codes overviewWallet balance, codes sent today and this month, delivery and verification rates, a 14-day chart and the status of your sending numbers on one screen.
- OTP apps: create an app and choose the sending numberEach app, website or store that sends verification codes gets its own app in Kauthar with its default language, sender mode, and live and sandbox keys.
- App settings and API keysOn the app page you set the sending number and the fallback to the Kauthar number, protection limits, countries, IP addresses and the delivery callback URL, and you create and revoke live and sandbox keys.
- Verification message logEvery verification code sent: time, number (partly hidden), app, status, verification result and cost, with search, filters, print and Excel.
- Developer docs for the OTP APIThe API guide inside Kauthar: send, verify and status, copy-ready examples in four programming languages, sandbox keys, idempotency, callbacks, limits and error codes.
- Wallet and top-upsA prepaid wallet that verification and marketing messages are charged to: card top-ups, a low-balance alert, and wallet movements with export and print.
- Kauthar-hosted numbers (paused for new numbers)Connecting a new number to Kauthar's own WhatsApp Business Account is paused because of Meta's policy. Connect your number from your business's own WhatsApp Business Account in one click; numbers hosted earlier keep working.
- Contacts, lists and opt-outYour campaign audience: add contacts with their consent, organise them with tags and lists, track who opted in and out, and Kauthar unsubscribes anyone who asks automatically.
- Import contacts from Excel or CSVUpload an Excel or CSV file with your customers' numbers, map its columns to fields, confirm their consent and add them to lists in three steps.
- Marketing message templatesA WhatsApp marketing message must be a template approved by Meta: create templates with a header, body, variables and buttons, follow their status, and use them straight in a campaign.
- Create a WhatsApp marketing campaignA campaign in four steps — number and template, audience, template variables and send time — with a live estimated cost by country before you confirm.
- Campaign list and statusAll your campaigns in one table with their status (draft, scheduled, sending, done…), recipients and cost, with review or report pages and a stop button.
- Campaign reportEach campaign's results in detail: recipients, sent, delivered, read and failed, sending by hour, wallet, failure reasons, breakdown by country and the message table.
- Campaign reportsThe performance of all your campaigns over a period you choose: messages per day, delivery and read rates, and the campaigns table, with A4 print and Excel export.
- Marketing subscriptionA monthly plan for campaigns (contacts, templates and campaigns), separate from the AI assistant subscription: three plans, terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, online payment and a payment history.
