Getting started
Create your account, sign in, your services and the dashboard.
- Creating a free account with your phone numberA free account in 3 steps: phone number with country code → verification code on WhatsApp or by SMS → your details. Then you choose the services you need from “My services”.
- Start with your number only: create and set up your account on WhatsAppType the mobile number you use on WhatsApp and Kauthar messages you there to create your account and finish the setup in the chat: services, channels, website, files, appointments, then «Try testing me».
- Signing in with your phone number and staying signed inSign in with your phone number (with country code) and password, or with your linked Google account, and you won't need to sign in again on the same device for up to 90 days.
- The free account: no time limit, then only the services you needSigning up for Kauthar creates a free account that never expires or locks; you then pick the service you need from “My services” and start its free trial or subscribe straight away.
- The free plan: every manual tool, free with no time limitEvery Kauthar service has a manual part that is always free (connections, the unified inbox, manual replies, posting and scheduling, manual SEO tools, bookings and tickets); «Kauthar AI» is the subscription that does the follow-up for you.
- My services: all your services on one pageYour account's main page: a card for each active service with its status (free trial, active, ending soon, ended, in your plan) and usage numbers, and below it «Available services» to start a free trial or subscribe.

- The service switcher: moving between your servicesAt the top of the sidebar a switcher lists your active services; choose one and the menu shows only that service's pages, and the phone's bottom bar changes with it.

- Verification code on WhatsAppWhen you sign up or reset your password, the verification code reaches you on WhatsApp from Kauthar's official number, with a text message (SMS) as a one-tap alternative.
- Checking that you're a real personThe sign-in and sign-up pages are protected from bots by an automatic check that runs in the background in a moment, usually without pictures or puzzles.
- Signing in with GoogleSign in to Kauthar with one tap using the Google account linked to your account, and use it to recover your account if the code message doesn't arrive.
- Resetting your passwordRecover your account yourself: phone number → verification code on WhatsApp or by SMS → a new password — or sign in with your linked Google account.
