Team & security
Team members, permissions, your business profile, notifications and the activity log.
- Your team, by phone numberAdd staff with just their phone number; each person sets their own name and password at first sign-in and works in their own language (Arabic, English or French).
- Permissions for every screenDecide, for each staff member, what they can view, add, edit or delete on every screen; changes apply immediately.
- Business details, country and currencyYour business name, phone, email and address, plus its country, price currency and time zone in one place; they are used on your screens, the chat page, bookings and printouts.
- My account and changing your passwordEvery member edits their own name, job title and email, changes their own password, can delete their account, and stays signed in on their device.
- My accounts: several businesses with one sign-inIf you work for more than one business on Kauthar (owner of a shop and admin at a restaurant, say), switch between them in one tap from «My accounts», without signing out.
- Partner programme: referrals and managing client accountsFor agencies, consultants and accountants accepted into the Kauthar partner programme: a referral link, code and QR code, a commission on every subscription payment of your clients, payout requests, and for agencies adding and managing client accounts.
- Manage your account from WhatsAppMessage Kauthar's official number from your registered phone and run your account with menus, plain words or a voice note: summary and per-platform reports, unanswered questions and replying to them, appointments, knowledge and files, services, channels, team and subscription — with the «customer needs someone» alert and a confirm button before any change.
- Deleting the business account or your personal accountThe owner deletes the business with all its data, with 14 days to change their mind; a team member deletes only their own account; and anyone who can't sign in has a public deletion request page.
- Notifications and today's remindersA bell at the top for everything new: a ticket assigned to you, a customer reply, an unanswered question, a customer who left their number, plus a summary for the day — each notification in its reader's language.
- Notifications & my devicesChoose for yourself what reaches your phone and what reaches your email, review and test the devices registered to you, and set quiet hours.
- Notifications on your phone and browserAlerts reach you as notifications on your phone or computer even when Kauthar is closed — from the browser or from the Kauthar mobile app.
- Activity logWho did what, when and from which device: every addition, edit, deletion and sign-in is recorded, with a before-and-after comparison.
- TrashNothing is lost by mistake: any deleted item can be restored in one click.
- Your business's brandYour business's colour, logo and name on every page your customers see, from the chat to booking, tickets and emails.
